Mayan Train is now fully operational!

The Mayan Train Mexico is officially operational, spanning an impressive 1,554 kilometers and seven breathtaking routes. On December 15, 2024, President Claudia Sheinbaum inaugurated the final sections in Chetumal, Quintana Roo, marking a historic achievement in Mexico’s infrastructure.

The inauguration of sections 6 and 7 took place along the picturesque Chetumal Bay. President Sheinbaum, alongside Quintana Roo Governor Mara Lezama, celebrated this milestone that connects southeastern Mexico like never before.
