ALDEA SAVIA, URBAN DESIGN MERGE IN THE MAYAN JUNGLE TULUM

At ALDEA SAVIA the main objective is to merge urban design into a natural environment to give you a different lifestyle. The project has 4 housing prototypes. Terraces and rooftops that merge with the green of the Mayan jungle, creating a special space for you. Houses, duplex houses, apartments, and studios, are some of our prototypes in Aldea Savia. 

The common areas and natural spaces create meeting points with outdoor activities, shopping and recreation squares, places where safety and well-being are promoted, living the concept of community, a place with identity and soul, where neighbors get to know each other, participate and take care of each other. This is the real sap that gives life to the project, with amenities like Indoor Gym, Hammock area, Grill, Pet Park, Event hall, Playground, Swimming pools, extensive green areas, 24/7 security, recreation area among others.
